The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) regulates CAHRA by requiring members to implement OECD-aligned due diligence processes that identify and manage risks from sourcing in Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, ensuring ethical supply chains. his regulation mandates transparency and responsible sourcing to prevent conflict minerals from entering supply chains, promoting ethical business practices throughout the jewelry sector.
Annual CAHRA Risk Identification and Verification

Internal Awareness and Staff Training
In September 2025, CAHRA compliance was extensively discussed with Customer Service, Supply Chain, BOI, and Finance teams. Management level discussions were held in the first week of October 2025 to reinforce commitment.
