Safety Officer management Level

Artinian Co., Ltd. recently completed the 2 Day Safety Officer at Manager Level training for fifteen managers and senior managers, demonstrating the company’s continued commitment to occupational health and safety under COP 23 of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) Code of Practices. The training took place at Artinian Co., Ltd. Silom and was conducted by the authoritative Phintong Group, a specialist agency with knowledge of Thailand’s Ministerial Regulation B.E. 2565 (2022) on safety personnel and supervisory obligations.

Consistent Participation and Diligent Learning

The Artinian management team attended fully, completing a structured learning program that included lecture sessions, scenario-based discussions, a pre-exam, and a post-exam.

Managers were encouraged to review background and practical cases from Artinian’s operations and share insights from their respective departments. The training reinforced key safety considerations for manager level personnel, risk identification, accidents and incidents, and day-to-day safety control, all core elements aligned with COP 23 requirements on hazard management, emergency preparedness, and safety systems of work.

Reviewing Safety Protocols Across All Departments

During the sessions, managers reviewed Artinian’s existing safety protocols and policies used in fine jewelry design, production, stone setting, engineering, and daily operations supporting over 700 artisans. Special focus was placed on strengthening internal controls, processes, equipment, chemical handling (COP 25), PPE and ensuring clean, safe, and well-maintained workplaces (COP 23.2).

A Step Toward Stronger Corporate Sustainability
