A Warm Welcome To Artinian Atelier Academy
On Wednesday, 28 January 2026, at 1:30 PM, Artinian Atelier Academy was honored to welcome a delegation from the Office of the Vocational Education Commission (OVEC) headed by Dr. Siripan Choomnoom, together with trainers from the Colombo Plan Staff College for Technician Education (CPSC). The visit took place under the Integrating Entrepreneurship and Technopreneurship program and was initiated following a recommendation by Mrs. Vibeke Lyssand Leirvåg, Chairwoman of the Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand (JFCCT).

Vocational Learning Built Around Real Practice
Artinian Sustainability team together with the Artinian Atelier Academy leadership team; Su, Ae and Oh welcomed the guests at the Academy entrance before leading them through a guided tour of the facilities. Across the Academy floors, visitors observed students engaged in hands-on vocational training, while the team explained the structure of the programs, areas of specialization, and the education-to-employment pathway. The CPSC trainers showed strong interest throughout the tour, particularly in how technical skills are developed through real production environments.

Shared Reflections on Opportunity and A Day of Shared Learning
The visit continued in the Center of Excellence and then at the Community Hall, where the Artinian team opened the session with specially prepared video on “Every Journey Begins Somewhere”. They also introduced the Artinian Art Competition art drawings, explaining how creativity, composition, and storytelling are embedded alongside technical training highlighting the Sustainability mindset. The team emphasized in their presentation three vocational pillars: practice-led training with over 90% hands-on work, defined skill tracks aligned with industry roles, and discipline-based assessment covering quality, efficiency, and workplace behavior.

Dr. Kongkiti Phualvat, Chair of the Education and Skills Committee at JFCCT, shared his reflections on education and opportunity, noting: “Kids with limited means can still find a way, but kids with absolutely nothing have no path. Artinian can be the right place for them.”

Dr. Siripan Choomnoom, Secretary-General of OVEC, emphasized the national importance of vocational education, stating that work-based learning is the very heart of vocational education.

The visit concluded with the gifting of an appreciation plaque by Dr. Siripan Choomnoom to Artinian Atelier Academy Co-Founder Saro Artinian, followed by group photo, and a tea break hosted by the Artinian Atelier Academy management.
